Average Joe #2.5 is a comic created by Thomas E. Ryan. I know the title says 2.5 but it’s the second issue in this series. I believe that the first issue was split into #1 and #2, but then they decided to combine them. This comic has quite a bit of action and gets straight to the point. While the last one focused on Max, this one gives us a look at law enforcement attempting to do their job in the midst of chaos. This comic is not wordy, and the dialogue is good. There are only six pages of comic here.
The main location is a city street, characters are expressive, and the faces are unique. The outfits are regular but one guy looks like one of The Seven from the comic version of the Boys(I won’t say who). The special effects look cool, and this comic has a healthy amount of action.
