Big Tiddie Goth Girlfriends on the Moon #5 is a comic with story & art by Sirk with flats by David Davis. Kali and Grimm have been summoned back to the Goth Colony by the Royal Council! This is a science fiction supernatural comic with heavy gothness, comedy, a bit of violence, and some bureaucratic and political drama. The leading ladies here are the best friends who frequently find themselves in unfortunate situations, Kali and Grimm. Kali is the loud and boisterous one of the two with a quick temper and a general lack of focus. Grimm is kinder and quieter and she likes to think before leaping into action. These ladies are accompanied by a pair of Helian shapeshifting living weapons named Patchouli and Siousxie. This story begins with Kali and Grimm flying back to the Goth Colony in their spaceship the Bauhaus. Suddenly they are joined by a woman named Killi who is a customer satisfaction associate manager for The Great Prince Stolas, the being who gave these two their living weapons in the first place. What happens next is a conversation where Killi tries to get them to upgrade to their premium service but Patchouli says it’s a scam, which irritates Killi. This takes place in a world full of supernatural and science fiction creatures. The violence here is physical with a little bit of blood. The pacing is steady with a sci-fi comedy tone. There are a few violently and dramatically intense moments. The dialogue here is a mostly conversational with some narration and a lot of comedic back-and-forth. There are no word-heavy pages here. This is an intriguing and funny issue where we get to see these leading ladies back in their home environment interacting with friends, rivals, royalty.
The art here is drawn in a semi-cartoonish, semi-realistic modern style with pointed lighting and shading. The color palette here consists of mainly darks and faded versions of black, blue, red, and green. Unless you count the starry reaches of outer space there isn’t any natural scenery. There are a variety of different locations as Kali and Grimm have a few different places to visit. They start in their spaceship but their travels will take them to the spaceport, the post office, and the castle/palace which has many rooms. The backgrounds go back-and-forth between showing the immediate surroundings and being a gradient color. The expression level here is high as these characters here are constantly reacting. Emotions are all over the place from shock and anger to fear and happiness. The faces have a decent to good amount of detail and they can get animated which results in all the different looks come across strong and clear. The violence is physical with a singular gruesome attack that leads to a bit of blood. The main action scene lasts a couple pages and it flows well. All of the women here have large breasts, they usually have curves, and most if not all wear tight and revealing clothes.
