The Haunted Box #1
The Haunted Box #1 is a collection of supernatural stories centered on a box that contains a way for the opener to receive what they truly want…for a bloody price. These stories take place in different areas and in different time periods but they all have a horror vibe with varying levels of grimness. All of these tales are dramatic and dark. There is gratuitous blood, stomach-turning gore, and gruesome attacks. All the art is primarily in black-and-white but all the stories show the blood as red. The art styles are serious and modern with consistently good shading overall. There is some nudity and sexual situations in one of the stories.

Gimme Five #2
Gimme Five #2 is an anthology that features five-page stories about Golden Age Comic characters as well as original material. Most of these tales are supernatural in nature though some lean more towards science fiction. At least a couple of these are continuations from Gimme Five #1. The violence here can be brutal and bloody with gruesome moments leading to gore. The art has a bit of a classic style while being very detailed and expressive with some slight cartoonishness. Expect some visual grossness.

Valor: Swords
Valor: Swords is a collection of comics and short stories that tend to star women and deal with overcoming some kind of struggle or plight. Most of these stories take place in fantasy lands, are re-imaginings of fairy tales, or heavily draw from specific cultures. The common genres here are lesbian romance, life-changing adventure, and important self-discovery; they frequently get very dramatic. The violence here can get bloody and there are some gruesome attacks but not really any gore. The art is expectedly all over the place from the serious to cartoonish with a lot of art looking like something out of a children’s book(not an insult). All of these are in color and they tend to be easy on the eyes.
“Which story was your favorite?”
Godfather Death and Vaslisa.
“Which story had your favorite art?”
Masks, Crane Wife, The Nettle-Witch, Nautilus, Blood From a Stone, and Vaslisa.
“How many stories are there?”
Five short stories from 7-13 pages, and eighteen comics from 6-15 pages.
“All those stories, can I get one quote?”
“If all goes wrong, it could very well kill me.”
“When is the last time you went on an adventure?”
Outside? Been about twenty years.

…And Out Come The Comics
…And Out Come The Comics is an anthology all about punk rock. Some of these stories lean more towards the punk aspect while others are all about the music. The punk style is seen throughout with the tattoos, the piercings, and hairstyles common in the scene. Many of these tales are violent and dramatic with some taking comedic and fantasy twists on the genre. The violence here can get very gory like something out of a horror movie and there can be large amounts of blood. The art styles range from the gritty and somewhat trippy to the cartoonish and heavily stylized.
