The Blue Bombshell #2 is a comic created by Terrell Culbert. While Major Tech and Feline Volka are out on a mission Monica is forced to fight a new villain. This is a science fiction superfolk comic that has big violence, is very sexual, and has decent bit of comedy. The leading lady here is Monica Noble; she is a chemical biologist who, when an experiment went wrong, gave herself a very high sex drive and superpowers like flight, super-strength, and increased durability. She now protects Chastity City as the superheroine Blue Bombshell. Major Tech is her ex-boyfriend who has given himself many cybernetic enhancements and is a bit of a tool. Feline Volka is a woman who, after genetic mutations, has gained a tail, spotted skin, and animal-like abilities. This story begins with Major Tech and Feline Volka in a ship heading to a robot manufacturing plant. When they are forty minutes away they decide to turn on the auto-pilot and engage in adult activities. Their “discussion” is interrupted when a villain and his cronies infiltrate the aircraft. The violence here is mainly physical but there isn’t any blood or gore. There are numerous sexual moments. The pacing here is steady overall with some speedier spots and a lighthearted superhero tone. Most of the intensity is violent and dangerous with little dramatics. The dialogue is conversational with a lot of aggression, back-and-forth, and mid-battle quips along with some informative narration. There are no word-heavy pages here. This is an exciting issue that stars characters with strong personalities with plenty of action and sexiness in an upbeat story.
The art here is drawn in a semi-realistic, mostly-cartoonish, modern style with decent lighting and shading. The color palette is bright and bold with an overall decent range. This takes place either high in the sky or deep in the city so the only natural scenery you’ll see are clouds. The main location is the aircraft while the situation outside moves back and forth between the ground, an apartment, and the sky. Backgrounds here are usually just gradient/solid colors though sometimes it’ll show immediate surroundings. The expression level here is very high as most of these characters react to everything, Besides the more sensual feelings we’ll see happiness, anger, confusion, shock, rage, and annoyance. The faces have an average amount of detail and they can get animated which results in all the expressions being clear and direct. Violence here is mostly delivered physically though there are laser guns. There are brutal hits and some destruction but no blood or gore. The action scenes come in decently-lengthed bursts with a more of a focus on the big attack and less on the flow. Both of the women here are full-bodied with large breasts and butts and all of the men are ripped and above-average.
